3. Service Terms

  • Contract Period: Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
  • Cancellation: Either party may cancel services with 30 days written notice.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due monthly in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension.
  • Refund Policy: We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee if measurable improvements are not achieved.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
  • Not engage in any practices that violate search engine guidelines
  • Maintain payment according to the agreed schedule

6. No Guarantees

While we use proven SEO strategies, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings. Search engine algorithms change frequently, and rankings are influenced by many factors beyond our control. We guarantee measurable improvements in traffic and visibility, not specific ranking positions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and materials created by OptiBiz SEO remain our intellectual property. Upon completion of services and full payment, you receive a license to use SEO implementations on your website. We retain the right to use non-confidential strategies and techniques for other clients.

8. Limitation of Liability

OptiBiz SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding 3 months.

9. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or necessary to provide our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
